 6. Sleep

 Sleep is a necessary part of our daily lives. Make sure to get enough sleep each night and don't overdo it.

 7. Meditation

 Meditation helps us focus on what's important in our lives and reduces stress levels. Try meditating before bedtime to help you fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed.
